The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has finally made its appearance in India. The smartphone was introduced by the Chinese firm at the launch event for its Xiaomi 14 series. This is the first time Xiaomi has introduced the Ultra model in the nation. The India launch comes less than a month after it made its global premiere at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona. It joins the Xiaomi 14 in India and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, same like the previous phones in the series.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is priced at Rs. 99,999 for the single 16GB RAM and 512GB model. The smartphone comes in two color options: black and white. In addition to the smartphone, the business is providing a three-month YouTube Premium membership. Xiaomi has also introduced a Reserve Edition for the phone. Those who pay Rs. 9,999 to reserve the device will receive it on April 8, before the selling date. The pre-reserve begins on March 11.

Customers will be able to purchase the phone beginning April 12 at 12 p.m. through Xiaomi's official website and Xiaomi Home shops. The firm is giving a Rs. 5,000 discount for using ICICI bank cards, as well as an extra Rs. 5,000 exchange incentive for trading in specific gadgets.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED micro-curved display, a resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU, with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The handset runs HyperOS, which is based on Android 14.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a quad back camera array placed within a spherical module. The device has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT900 primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and two additional 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 sensors with 3.2x and 5x optical zoom, respectively. The fourth camera has a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. On the front, it has a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired, 80W wireless, and 10W wireless charging capabilities. In terms of connection and sensors, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra supports 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, and a USB Type-C charging and data transfer connector. It also has an IP68 certification, indicating dust and splash protection.
